- Eligibility for Refund
- We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase for a program that has not been accessed (viewed or downloaded). If you have accessed any program material, no refunds will be provided.
- For any technical issues or if you find the program content does not meet your expectations, we may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis.
- Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please email us at ruchi@eatfitrepeat.in with your details and reason for the refund request within 7 days of the purchase date.
- We may ask for additional information to process your request, including proof of purchase.
- Refund Processing Time
- Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the purchase date or if the program has been accessed in any way.
- We do not offer refunds for purchases made as part of a sale or promotional offer, except under special circumstances.
