- 1/2 Cup Boiled Rajma
- 1/2 Cup Boiled Chickpea
- 1/4 Cup Boiled sweet corn
- 1 each chopped tomato, onion
- handful Corinader leaves
Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Chilly flakes
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Chopped Ginger 1/2 tsp
Method:
1) Boil Rajma, Chickpea and sweet corn
2) Add chopped veggies and coriander leaves chopped
3) Mix the dressing in a seprate bowl and pour on the salad and toss.
*note: Pour the dressing right before having the salad. Dont keep for long after pouring the dressing.
