- Sprouted green moong 2 cups
- Coriander leaves with stem 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1/4 cup
- Garlic cloves 5-6Salt to taste
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp

- Blend all in a grinder Coarsely
- Make Tikkis
- Shallow fry on Non Stick Tawa
